Cancellations & Amendments

You are able to cancel your booking free of charge more than 30 days before you are due to arrive at the property.If you cancel within 29 days or less of your arrival or you are a no show , then 100% of the total booking is payable. 

 

Should you request an amendment to your booking and should we not be in a position to accommodate your request, your booking will not be changed. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before you are due to arrive at the property you can cancel free of charge.If you cancel within 29 days or less of your arrival or you are a no show , then 100% of the total booking is payable. Alternatively you can be issued with a voucher valid for 12 months from the original date of arrival subject to price and availability.(Any increase in price is to be paid by the customer)

The voucher can be used at either Clarence Cottage or Farndale Cottage.


Should we be able to resell the dates successfully, if you have had to cancel within 29 days of arrival at the property then we will refund your payments to date or in part if we are only able to resell certain dates and haven’t had to discount them.If we are unable to resell the dates, then standard terms and conditions will apply as above



COVID-19 

We ask that all customers adhere to Government guidance if this applies to your booking.


If Farndale Cottage has to close due to a National lockdown and therefore , we cannot provide you with your confirmed holiday, the following options are available;


    • A cancellation with a full refund.

    • Moving the booking to a different date subject to price and availability . (Any increase in price is to be paid by the customer)

    • For the customer to be issued with a voucher for 12 months from the date of original stay. The voucher can be used at either Clarence Cottage or Farndale Cottage
